The Noir is our moody, elevated studio space designed for intimate conversations and cinematic content. Featuring dark grey limewash walls, warm tones, and a cozy, masculine atmosphere, this room is built to set the tone and capture depth in every shot. The art TV allows you to seamlessly cast logos, visuals, videos, or branded assets directly into your shoot for a fully customized experience.

All studio rooms come with complimentary water & snacks, covered parking, loading dock, access to bathrooms, air conditioning, Sonos speakers, and the most friendly and accommodating staff to support your studio experience.

We charge for furniture add-ons to ensure flexibility and fairness for our clients. Not every production requires the same setup, so instead of including the cost of furniture in our base rental rate, we offer it as an optional add-on. This allows clients to customize their experience and only pay for what they need, whether it's a styled set or specific props to enhance their shoot. This fee also helps cover our staffs’ time to move/setup/clean furniture.

No! You can use the room for UGC content, photography, video, or whatever you may need.
